String Format Exception
Thrown by format when the pattern is invalid or an argument does not fit it.
Typical causes: an unknown conversion such as %q, a missing argument, a flag that the conversion does not accept, a %t date conversion, or a value of the wrong type, such as a String for %d. Fix the pattern or the argument. The message names the problem and the part of the pattern that causes it.
On the JVM, java.util.Formatter throws many IllegalFormatException subclasses. Those types do not exist in common code, so KiteCore uses this one type.
