intervalFlow

Returns an infinite flow that emits sequential numbers starting at 0, one every period.

The first number is emitted after initialDelay. The delay between emissions is measured from the completion of the previous emission, so a slow collector stretches the schedule instead of piling up values. The flow completes only by cancellation.
