nextDigits
Returns a random string of exactly length decimal digits (0-9).
Each digit is chosen independently and uniformly at random from RandomAlphabets.DIGITS, so leading zeros are possible. A length of zero yields the empty string.
Parameters
length
the number of digits to generate, must be non-negative.
Throws
if length is negative.
