Opens media from io. The parameters mean what they mean in the byte-source MediaSource.open, and nestedOpener serves the other addresses the media names.
The runtime owns io from this call on, also when the open fails or its caller is cancelled, and closes it once. An object the runtime already holds is refused with IllegalArgumentException, and is not closed.
