value class CodecId(val name: String)

A bitstream format, by FFmpeg's codec name (h264, aac, av1): what a stream carries, whichever implementation wrote it or reads it. EncoderId and DecoderId name the implementations, and FFmpeg.codecOf, FFmpeg.encodersFor and FFmpeg.decodersFor map between the two.
