ErrorCollector

An error reporter that records problems instead of throwing, for IDE-mode parsing. Only the offset-and-length overloads are supported; the line-based ones throw.

Creates an EvaluatorException that may be thrown. runtimeErrors, unlike errors, will always terminate the current script.
