How the raster of the page in slot pageIndex stands: loading, ready or failed, or null while that page is not on screen. A host can show a failed page with a retry button in its pagePlaceholder. A page that failed keeps the last bitmap it had, and retryPage renders it again. Rasterized mode only: a Vectorized page draws on every frame.
