Jumps to location, laying out its chapter first if needed.

Prefer this over scrollToPage on a reflowable book: a location is exact whatever has been laid out so far, while a page number is not. A location that does not exist (stale bookmark, empty or out-of-range chapter) clamps to the nearest real slot and still counts as done.

Restores a page and scroll offset. Continuous layouts apply position's offset on their scroll axis; the other layouts navigate to its page. Calls before composition are retained for the initial list measurement.
