Which page margin an edge marker is painted in.

Named Start/End rather than Left/Right deliberately: these are the page's margins in reading order, and a host that lays out RTL books can map its own notion of "outer margin" onto them without this enum lying about geometry. In the viewer's display space Start is the left margin and End is the right.
