macExpertEncoding

MacExpertEncoding: byte to glyph name, null where undefined.

The expert-set vector for old-style figures, small capitals, fractions and superior/inferior forms, per ISO 32000-1, Annex D.4. 165 codes are defined; the rest stay null so an expert font's own cmap or notdef takes over. Cross-checked against two independent Apache-licensed implementations (pdf.js and Apache PDFBox), which agree on every code.
