awaitLayoutResources

Fetches the remote resources that size chapter's layout, its fonts and its images without both a width and a height, and waits at most wait for them, for a caller that lays chapter out next (#38). Returns once each has landed or failed, or once wait has passed, and at once without EpubSettings.resourceFetcher or for a chapter the book does not have.

A URL is waited for once per book. When a wait runs out, the URLs still in flight are left out of every later wait, of this document and of any other over the book, so a font server that hangs delays the first chapter that names the font by wait, and not each chapter after it (#492). Their fetches go on, and what lands shows in the next document over the book, since this one keeps the layout it made without it. The viewer of kitepdf-compose-viewer waits two seconds before it lays a chapter out.
