True when the pages progress right to left: the spine says rtl, or it says nothing or default and the book is vertical-rl or in a right-to-left language (#512). It orders the pages only; each chapter's text reads in its own direction.

True when title reads right to left, for a host to show it in its own run of text with that base direction (#510). The title's dir decides when it says ltr or rtl, else the package's does, and with auto or no direction at all its first strong character does (EPUB 3.3, the dir attribute). False when there is no title.
