commitChoice
Finishes a choice transaction after choiceKeystroke: commit keystroke, validate, store, calculate and format. This does not repeat the selection-change keystroke. Typed text in an editable combo instead runs ordinary keystroke calls before this commit.
This compatibility adapter passes a single export value to commit. Multiple selections and ambiguous duplicate exports need an override, because a string cannot retain them. A custom handler that supports them overrides this method and supportsMultipleChoices. A custom commit override remains responsible for checking changes to the field's flags while its scripts run; this adapter cannot make an arbitrary override atomic.
