A moment to change the picture: an accepted boundary, or the eighth cycle since the last turn while something plays.

A drawing that changes its shape only at a boundary never changes in a song where the detector accepts none, and many songs give it none. This adds a slow visual cadence for those songs. It is a cadence, not a structural claim; section stays the honest one.
