subtitleFileParser

The parser for external subtitle FILES, or null when this backend brings none.

The engine owns reading the file and timing the cues; the parsing lives above the core (the kiteplayer-subtitles module cannot be a core dependency, because it already depends on the core for the cue model), so the backend supplies it exactly like it supplies decoders. With null, external subtitle entries warn typed and are skipped.
