SubtitleDecoderFactory

Creates subtitle decoders.

The FFmpeg backend supplies one for SubRip, WebVTT, MP4 timed text and the ASS dialogue tier, and one for the image formats: Blu-ray, DVB, DVD and XSUB. An ASS track's packets are read twice when a SubtitleTypesetter is installed: the decoder fills the cue table and the cue flow, and the engine hands the same bytes to the typesetter, which draws them.
