parseOther

Reads a file whose text parse found no cues in (#492): one in a format this parser's own readers do not know, such as SAMI, MicroDVD, SubViewer, or a Blu-ray or DVD image track.

bytes are the file as it was read, text the engine's reading of them as text, in the encoding it decided, and uri the address the file came from, so a reader that needs the file beside it, as a VobSub index needs its .sub, can open that. Null, the default, when this parser cannot read the file either, and the engine then refuses it, naming the format its name suggests.
