resampler

Replaces the engine's own rate conversion, a windowed sinc written in Kotlin. Null keeps that sinc. KiteFFmpegResampler in kiteplayer-ffmpeg runs FFmpeg's libswresample instead. A factory that throws leaves the sinc in place; see AudioResamplerFactory.
