audioClock

A coherent audible clock for visualisation and synchronised UI, independent of the seek bar.

Includes its monotonic timestamp, effective rate, audio generation and device timing quality. Read once per display frame and apply the estimated display delay in media time. See AudioClockSnapshot for validity and clock-domain rules.
