Consult installed optional transport providers when ioResolver and MediaItem.io are absent. Adding kiteplayer-network supplies HTTP/HTTPS without configuring a resolver. False preserves the backend's URI handling. Explicit readers and resolvers still apply.

Consulted at open for a MediaItem with no MediaItem.io. An explicit resolver takes precedence over automatic providers, even when it returns null to select the backend. With null, autoResolve controls whether installed providers may supply a reader.
