The container declared one thing about a stream and its decoder produced another.
Not an error: the file plays, and the decoded value is the one in force. It is told because this disagreement is what a viewer meets as a wrong-sized picture, or as an audio device opened for a rate nothing feeds. One warning per disagreeing field, once per open.
