GaplessFallback

The queue item at index did not follow the one before it without a gap. The device stopped at the end of that item, and this one opened from scratch, as it does with QueueConfig.gapless off. reason names what stopped the gapless handoff.

Under a repeat of the current item, what did not follow is the item's next pass (#467). index is then the current item's own queue position, or -1 outside queue playback, which no next queue item can have, and the old path seeks back to the item's start.
