TracksAdded

The media gained tracks after it opened, and they are in the snapshot's tracks from now on (#509).

A live transport stream, a UDP multicast or a tuner recording can announce a stream only once it plays: the sound starts a few seconds after the picture, a subtitle stream starts with the next programme, or a channel moves its sound to a new stream at a programme boundary. Media whose streams are all known at the open never sends this.
