queueOrder

Positions into queue in PLAY order, which is what next, previous and the advance at the end of an item all follow.

Plain 0, 1, 2 while shuffle is off, and empty when no queue is open. The items in queue never move, shuffled or not, so this is the only thing that changes and an application can read it to show what is coming next.
