Select a subtitle track automatically when one matches these languages, best first, given as ISO 639 codes or BCP 47 tags.

Languages match as AudioConfig.preferredLanguages describes: ja matches a track tagged jpn, a region or a script in the preference picks the closer of several tracks in one language, and zh-Hant takes a plain Chinese track whose title says Traditional or 繁體.
