Frames the SCHEDULE dropped because their time had passed.

A renderer refusal is refusedFrames and is deliberately not counted here. The two are different diagnoses with different fixes: a late drop means the pipeline could not keep up, a refusal means the output could not draw, and folding them together made a dead surface look like a slow decoder.
