repeatedFrames

Frames the schedule held on screen for a second period, because video was ahead of the master clock.

A scheduler decision, counted once for each frame it applies to, at the moment the frame after it is presented. A renderer that shows the same frame twice because it had nothing newer for a display refresh is a different measurement and not this one.
