KiteFFmpegSourceFactory

The engine's source and decoders, over KiteFFmpeg.

This is the only module that knows FFmpeg exists. Everything above it works against the interfaces in kiteplayer-core, which is what lets a different backend take its place: a browser's WebCodecs, a platform decoder, or a scripted fake in a test.
