Parses xml fetched from manifestUrl; the URL anchors every relative BaseURL, and policy decides what the manifest is allowed to point at. A document longer than 8 Mi characters, with more than 262,144 elements or 1,048,576 attributes, or with an element that carries more than 128 attributes, is refused with io.github.yuroyami.kiteplayer.network.xml.XmlException.

A parse builds at most 1,048,576 URLs, BaseURLs and SegmentList entries together, and reads at most 32 Mi characters to build them: each URL reads its reference and the base URL it resolves against. A representation's SegmentList also has the ceilings of a segmentPlan, and no URL may be longer than 8,192 characters. A manifest that passes one of those is refused with IllegalArgumentException.
