AwtPlayerViewRenderer

Renderer adapter for KitePlayerAwtView.

The view owns the canvas and the renderer must not dispose it. Passing null fences all use of the previous canvas before returning, which is what makes it safe for the view to let AWT destroy the peer afterwards.
