Marks the surface secure: excluded from screenshots, screen recording and non-secure displays, which is what paid content asks for. Off by default. Reads back what this view last set; the platform does not report the flag.

Android applies the flag only when a surface is created. A change while the video shows therefore drops the surface and makes a new one, and the picture blanks for a frame or two.
