Encode a request message: d8:msg_typei0e5:piecei<n>ee.

libtorrent additionally writes total_size on a request when it already has valid metadata; that field is ignored by a requester and is not part of the BEP-9 request format, so it is omitted here. Use encode if you need to reproduce that exactly.
