ExternalMaster

A clock the caller owns drives playback, set with KitePlayer.setExternalClock: the audio speeds up or slows down slightly to follow it, and the picture follows the audio. See ExternalClock. Until a clock is set, playback runs on its audio clock, as Auto does, and PlaybackWarning.ExternalClockSilent says so once.
